Angel duty?

What exactly does an Angel do?  I see people saying they need an Angel but not sure about it!  I am having my surgery on Tues the 21st of Aug. Do i need an Angel?  Is that someone in my family?

Hey WLS buddy, I am glad to know we are so close! My surgery is 1 day before yours. If I understand correctly your angel post on the board all updates on you during your hospital stay and recoverying period. I am SOOO blessed with a special angel. Becky has sent me so much information, and even shared her WLS experience with me. She is so sweet and kind. I am glad that she is a christian so that she can pray for me. I wish I could be your angel but we will be following our journey together. Love & God bless---Gerri

I am so excited...... time is ticking down fast now, lol!  I will check on you as soon as i get home on thursday.  I hope everything goes well for us both!  I will be at Saint Joseph East, which hospital will you be at?

I live in Lexington, actually I live close toSt. Josegh East. I am having my surgery at Georgetown Community Hospital. I will check on you also. Hope we both are feeling up to posting!

I will be waiting to hear how you are doing.  My friend who had the surgery in may is going to be my angel and post for me!  She said i could get on line at hosp... if so i can post myself.... guess we'll see................My thoughts and prayers are with you on monday the 20th!
