I am pretty much stepping in as an angel since the other is MIA lol , sorry to step on toes! PLEASEEEEE head over to my friend Missy's surgery support page!  She will be having surgery this Friday, the 3rd and her support page is pretty empty. Just a lil note to warn all pre and post ops. GET YOUR PROTEIN IN EVERYDAY!!!  I have done rather crappy with mine since day 1 and I am paying dearly with VERY slow weight loss, major hair loss, and all out feelin like shit!  PLEASE!!!!  Follow your program's rules!!

Its sad isn't it? I posted yesterday about her surgery and no one responded and her page is still empty. Come on ppl, lets get it together! We're supposed to support one another.

It sure is...I left another on her page this evening right as I posted this one and one on the main board.  A few have signed but.... NOT ENOUGH SUPPORT ON HERE ANYMORE!
