Cigna/self insured

Does anyone know how good Cigna is about covering the weightloss surgery?

I battled with Cigna for over a year before finally hiring an attorney and only with their help was I approved. I suggest having customer service send you a copy of you exact plan highlighted in regards to if your plan has excluded WLS. Than I would read it carefully and have your doctors office help you gather all info and then submit. If you get denied....Or should I say..
