where does everybody buy there protein stuff at around the LEX,MOUNTSTERLING,OR WINCHESTER AREA? we had a Vit shop it was great but none in KY I need protein bars I go to wallmart but I dnt like there protein stuff bars that is .I think I herd some one say in Whechester there was one not sure of the name or location ? some one please help I am new to the area thnks so much

The only protein drink I can tolerate is the Body Fortress at Walmart. I read you can get it at Target too. Good luck!

HI!   I have had a struggle finding something i like also.....but I do buy my protein at wal-mart (body fortress)    and I have found a great site (thanks to some OH help) called www.vitalady.com they have several things to choose from and there prices are very reasonable!!  (including the shipping) so good luck!!    Hope you find what you are looking for......1 more.....when I am in lex. i stop at Saint Joe's East and purchase some things from the WLC there!!! I did not have my surgery there at SJEast dnt know if I could buy stuff there or not? but what do they sell ? thnks for the help,where I come from they have a vitamin shop so I guess I will order from there we need more stores here in Lex area lol

Well, they sell different protein drinks & mixes. They have a concentrate that is very good and it comes in 3 flavors...fruit punch, grape and orange..they have Syntrax drink mixes, soups bars & etc. And I am pretty sure you can buy there even though your surgery was done else where if you would like the Phone # to ask its on this web-site somewhere! ( I cant remember) but I know that there are several places in Lex. that people buy protein, like GNC's and Health food stores I have a freind that buys there..at a local..Health Food Store, sorry I dont know the names of them (I actually live about 60 miles south of Lex. just go there to shop & the Dr.) I hope this was of little help!!   GOOD LUCK finding what you need!!
