Also I eat to much junk , I though it would be harder to eat bad things than its been. Does this mean Ill gain it back? Hey girl! First of all congrats on the loss so far... it sounds like you have done great My weightloss slowed down a great deal when it got closer to me being a year out. I am below goal but I do understand what you are saying when you talk about the junk. Gotta get back on track, go back to the basics and get as much of the junk out of your house as possible. If you need some incentive, start looking at your before pics or if you kept some of your old clothes... sometimes we all need a kick in the butt via visualization. I hope this helps. Try to stay positive Sarah

At this point I feel we are probably real close to being on the normal side of losing weight, meaning that it is up to us from now on and not just a result of the surgery. What we eat verus the calories burned will have the final say in what we weigh.

I struggle with not eating enough and therefore not losing at all. It is funny that on the weeks when I feel that I have eaten far more than normal, I lose weight and on the weeks when i struggle or forget to eat at all, the scale doesn't more or goes up a pound!

Just make sure you are getting enough calories so that your body will function properly and not hoard the fat. Drink more than you feel you need! And keep moving. I am now able to work out for an hour or so on the glider at the gym when I couldn't do 5 minutes a year ago.  Of course the buring of 450 calories is a real motivator!

I started at 370. Today I am at 202....heading for a goal of 170
