Looking for a cookbook???

Hey kathy, I hvae been a member of curves since December 2005. I had my surgery 12-29-06. My exercise physiologist tole me that I would probably have to find a workout a little more advanced. Curves is nice b/c every time u walk in you know exactly what ur workout will be, however u can grow out of it, I think I did about 6 mos into it. The program is great, but I would probably spen my money on the YMCA. By the way if cost me 29.00 monthly (they draft from my checking account) if u pay each month it is 39.00. Good Luck.
