Some things about ME!
Hi Guys,
I was browsing posts here and it dawned on me that as much as I read posts here I usually do not post very often. One of my resolutions after I had surgery was that I was going to be more outgoing, as usually I am a very shy person (I have had people tell me I am stuck up because I AM so shy). So I wanted to share some random off the wall things with you guys, and I invite everyone else to do the same. This will help me to get to know you all a bit better!
1. I am married and have a 14 year old son and a 3 year old yorkie/silky terrier who is my baby.
2. I hate lima beans!
3. I love to travel, and plan on retiring in St Augustine FL!
4. My career is helping people plan for retirement and assisting people in doing 401k and IRA rollovers at one of the area brokerage firms.
5. I went to school with Vickie R! She is a few years younger than me and lives about..ohhh..5 miles or so from me I think.
6. I have a slightly off the wall, out of kilter, and sometimes morbid sense of humor.
7. I hunt ghosts! It is so fun to go to supposed haunted places. Nothing more fun than being scared!
8. I read ALOT! I have a ton of books so if anyone is interested in doing a book exchange let me know.
9. I collect, catalog and sell depression glass.
10. I LOVE LOVE LOVE snow! I hope to be snowed in for at least 2 days this winter! As long as I have hea****er and food!

well, I'm not a very interesting person. I breed yorkies. I have six right now and one litter with five babies in it and another litter on the way. That takes up almost all my time. But i do read when I get the chance. I love to travel and have traveled in almost every country in the world. Haven't been outof the states tho for about the last six years. My last trip was to Bulgaria. Beautiful country and people. I have two grandkids that i am really involved with. i have been married for 38 years and live on a farm in Mercer County. We don't farm. We bought it because my husband breeds and trains Championship Beagle hounds. Hillbilly, I used to want to retire to Florida until we had two or three friends pass down there. of course they all want to be brought home to kentucky to be buried and that is a huge hassel. I have been involved in that too.
1. I am married and have twin girls who will be 9 in Feb.
2. I say I retired, I just quit my job of 23 years to be a stay at home mom. I quit work
5 years ago.
3. We love to camp. Have a new 27 foot camper.
4. We have a ****ateil bird, who is 10years old.
5. Love to go Antique shopping and to yard sales.
6. I love the snow, but hate it because my dad has to get to dialysis, so it stresses me out.
7. Have 2 sisters, who had WLS this year, Yea. I have 1 brother who lives and Atlanta and we miss him a lot.
8. Like to sew, crochet, walk.
9. I hate laundry!!!!!
10. I sound really boring.

1. I have been married 10 years but have been with my middle school love since i was 14 and we have a beautiful daughter that is 11 maybe 16 lol.....
2. I hate being judged for my wls surgery
3. I am a stay at home mom,im trying to find the new me!!!!!!
4. I live in Danville and was raised in Junction City ky
5. I have 3 cats....... leroy brown,chloe jade,sissycat
6. I love going to flea markets and i collect all primitive and boyds bears
7. I love camping at pikes ridge!!!!
8.I am not shy!!!! I will run ya down to say hi!!!!
9. And i love coming to the Ky board.........it is so helpful!!!!!!

My name is Maxine W. AM 52 YO AND HAD SURGERY ON 9-12-06.i AM DOWN 63 LBS And I'm enjoying every minute.My fibromyalgia get bad in the winter and that makes it kind of hard on me to exercise b/c the pain is bad. Vicki r. is my neice and has been so very helpful to me. She's been a God Send for me.I have been married for 22 yearsand I have three wonderful sons, 32, 30 , and 30. I worked as a nurse til o3 then I got so sick I couldn't do the work any more b/c of the pain. before wls I had diabetes, hth, fibromyalgia sever sleep apnea, degenerative disk disease, severe depression, chf so I was a mess. hadn't left the house for three years. And I love lurking on the OH boards.
