Alcohol question
In March I'm planning a getway with some girlfriends. Now i'll be about 2 months post op then. My question is what kind of alcoholic drink would be easy to take. I want to have about one drink, just wanting your opinions. I'm avoiding carbonation, but is there anything out there without it? What would you suggest?
I love Citron with cranberry juice - smooth, delicious, refreshing, and helps to prevent UTI's. Order it tall so there's more cranberry juice. Margaritas have no carbonation either. Martini's (any kind - and there are millions such as the chocolate one) are excellent but higher in alchohol. Have a good time!

Hey there Natalie...
I'm 3 months post op and had my first alcohol drink a few weeks ago. It was an appletini and it was deliche! I sipped it real slow and was only able to get about 1/2 of it down. I felt a nice buzz though, so keep in mind that you'll feel the alcohol more intensely than before the surgery.
Have fun with your GF and stay safe!
Take care--
Dee

Baha Bobs sugar free drink mixes they have strawberry daq and Margarita mix. the cool thing with these is a few thing realize cranberry Juice has about 40 grams of sugar and 100 cals.... so if you dump BE CAREFULL.Add the 90 cals for the alcohol your at about 220 calories...
Baha Bobs have no sugar No Carbs and only 10 Cals..... If you like fruity flavor add 2 strawberries and you ahve a great drink with half the cals and no sugar.... I found mine at large Liquor store but ya got to ask usually.... you can get em online also....
