1 month post-op Visit and a WOW moment

Hey All, I had my 1 month post-op visit on Monday (actually about 6 weeks) with my doc and everything is going great. I am offically at 296lbs on their scales and my body fat % went from just over 50% to around 43%. That means I have lost 69lbs since starting their program and 45lbs since surgery. WOOOOOHOOOO The doc says I am looking great and doing great. I know I feel great other than trying to fight off this crud thats going aorund here. My WOW moment: I was laying in bed the other day and actually found out that there is such a thing as a rib cage. I always thought they were joking about it but I actually have one...WOW God Bless Michael

Mike you mean there is such a thing as a ribcage on guys. I thought that was like snipe hunting. Congrats on the loss.

Hi Michael, CONGRATS.............you are well on your way!!!! I no that the first time i noticed i had bones i cried the whole day....but as i get used to them i try and hide them lol.........how is Dee? I no what ya mean about the crud,im scared to even go shopping,im afraid i will catch a bug.........you take care ok..........vickie

He is doing sooooooooo well!! I am so proud of him and am amazed at his progress everyday! He looks great and I can tell by the gleam in his eye, he feels great. Did I write that I'm just so proud of him? Love ya baby! Dee
