BCBS TENNESSEE - CALLING ANYONE WITH THIS INSURANCE!
This is my husband's employer's insurance (BCBS TN - LIFEPOINT) and I am trying to decide on whether or not enroll in his insurance to have this surgery done (my insurance provider does not pay for this). I have called BCBS TN a few times trying to get some answers to a couple of questions I have, but it seems I keep getting contradicting answers (speaking with different people each time), so I really do not know what to decide. I don't want to pay for the insurance for a year to just be denied in the end and still be where I am now.
I am just needing to talk to someone who is at least trying to get this approved with the same insurance...so any response will be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!! My enrollment deadline has been extended...and I need to call them back tomorrow...so I just really need some answers quick...sorry about posting this urgent....
