Ok listen up. Its official. My highest weight was 311. That was Christmas 2004. I started my quest the following Feb. Had surgery 10/2005. This morning I weighed 155. I have lost 156 lbs. I have lost more weight than I weigh. I have been at the same weight for months and I guess I just hit a spot where I started losing a little. Nothing drastic. Just 3 lbs. But go**** feels so weird. I never thought I would ever in my entire life know what slim feels like, or what normal is. Its still really hard. I was shopping again today and I was back in the large size clothes. Oh well just wanted to share and thank everyone for the Great Support.... Thanks to Dr. Sonnanstine for this new life. I love it!!!!!!

Thank you Ginny and you will get there. The time flies by. Just keep focused and don't get upset when you plateau. That is the hardest time but it happens and with me it seemed like it happened every 2 weeks. But then it would turn around. I think its hard for our bodies to keep up.

Thanks Ryan, you are such a sweet heart. I saw a lady I use to work with today. She said I looked so much younger than before. I see the melting syndrome and think I look so wrinkled. I was a nice compliment.

You have done super!!!! you will pass me up. But that is because you are so much younger. I am so happy at this weight. And this gives me a little give in case a pound or two creeps back on. I guy I know who had surgery probably 3 years ago who I talked to when he was a year out. He lost over 200lbs and was doing wonderful. I just found out he is in the hospital and he has gained almost every pound back. Scares the crap out of me. But this was his second time having surgery. He gained it all back after the first time. Had it done a second and now this. Its so sad.

Thats really sad to gain it all back not once but twice. You would think that gaining after the first time that a lesson would be learned. Um Jane im not that much younger than you.... I am getting up there in my old age lol
