ive read in my book that i am allowed peanut butter now that i am on stage 4 soft, but does anyone know what particular kind i am allowed to have? ive looked at every label for every brand of peanut butter and it doesnt matter if they are low fat, reduced sugar or whatever, it just seems like it has way too much in any of them and i am confused.... thanks!!!!

Hey Tiffany, I have used PB since the start. Nothing crazy. I will eat a tsp size and really just eat it off the spoon. I do this when I am needing to grab a bit of protein quick. I just eat what ever is on sale but always creamy. I have not had a problem with it. I don't eat it all the time. Jane

Hi Tiffany, I like the "simply Jiff" it seems to be a bit lower in sugar. Works super for me and I usually only have a tablespoon of it or so. Hope this helps!

Hi, Peter Pan has a No sugar Added PB with Splenda. It is very good. I put a thin spread on a cracker or just eat a little from a spoon. Actually, a few times when I have felt nauseous, a little taste of PB really helps. 8 - ) Leisa

i was allowed peanut butter in the hospital and told to use Jif at home. In fact, I was told to use regular on everything (except sugar) because we need a certain aamount of fat in our diets.
