OT:Crappy Night

Jane I would so sneak a call in to let the Dr. know what is going on. My grandpa has been gone a year now but I had to do that a couple of times because he refused to do anything. It killed me knowing I was going behind his back and doing that but then again I kept telling myself that I was helping his stubborn butt. I sent ya my number if you just wanna vent on a live person lol. I am a night owl. Ask Amy and Sarah haha.

Ok Michelle, Hijack time...I am going to respond to this one...I did call the dialysis unit yesterday and told them about him being short of breath, and his cough...Thats how he got seen today...and If he knew I did that...I would be in so much trouble...If he refuses medical treatment there is nothing we can do...and it really sucks...We know how bad his heart is, and so does he...Jane has tried to get him to go to the Dr. or to call them for at least a week...He is so stubborn...He just says...NO... Amy

Hijack eh??? I do know the helpless feeling. We don't wanna let go at all. Dang it and a few other choice words lol. At least he does know that even if it annoys him you all care about him very much. I actually had my grampa tell me that once. We get on his dang nerves but at least we care to annoy.

We always make Amy do the dirty work. My dads logic if you don't talk about it, its not there. He has been that way for years. I can't tell you how many times we sneak around him. I called the life squad one day and he spent 14days in the hospital. That was the year he missed Christmas. My name was mud for a long time. Its hard watching them be sick. Jane

Jane my grandmother passed last year and towards the end we had to have Hospice in because she refused to go to the docs anymore. There just isn't too much you can do without being the bad person in their eyes. I know you and the sisters all feel that he should go but as you said he doesn't want to go. BTW the offer stands for a while if they need the ride I haven't driven to Atlanta in my "hoe yet. Made it a few times in the cutlass and ranger. plus it gets me out of the house for a few hours.

Ok your talking in code again. Whats a "hoe"? Remember if its not on the Disney Channel or Nick Jr. I have no idea whats going on in the world. I have to get out more. Jane

It has been a fairly busy night... sorry I havent had time to slack much tonight. I will play catch up with it tomorrow though... i knew someone out there was missing me! Love ya all bunches Sarah
