10 Week Post-Op Weigh In and Labs

Well today marks 10 weeks post-op for me. I weighed this morning and was 370, which is an 88 pound loss. Also, I saw my doc at the VA on Wednesday and got a copy of my labs: Calcium 9.6 mg/dl Reference Range: 8.4-10.2 Cholesterol 162 mg/dl Reference Range: 0-200 LDL Cholesterol 97 Triglyceride 155 mg/dl Reference Range: 35-200 Protein 7.0 gm/dl Reference Range: 6.4-8.4 Blood Pressure 119/62 Doc says it doesn't get any better. They took me off my B.P.medicine two weeks post-op and it has steadily gotten better. I wish I had done this 10 years ago! Just 12 pounds to the Century Club!!

that's awesome Steve.. You're doing fantastic I fully understand the wish I'd done it sooner.. but any earlier my then current job would not have covered it. So I'm just thankful I fell into a job who's insurance did Congrats again
