Creamy Pinapple Sorbet Recipe

I read this on the Biggest Loser website, looks like something most of us can eat and enjoy. Creamy Pineapple Sorbet Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups pineapple chunks, frozen 1/3 cup fat-free, artificially-sweetened piña colada, coconut, or vanilla yogurt 1 teaspoon lemon juice, preferably fresh-squeezed 1-2 packets (0.35 ounces each) sugar substitute (such as Splenda®) To Prepare: Place the pineapple in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a chopping blade. Pulse, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed, until finely chopped. Add the yogurt and lemon juice. Process, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed, until very smooth. Stir in the sugar substitute, if desired. Spoon into 2 martini glasses or dessert bowls. Serve immediately. Hey Michele, I am doing well. I am 7 weeks post op and feeling mucho better. I am down close to 30 lbs. of dead weight loss, Dr. Tom said he thought I would have lost more, but I was right on track. Now I am able to do any type of exercise without restrictions, so I am pleased. Now, how are you? Are you glad you took the plunge? I am glad that you have Dr. Tom on your side, he is amazing and I really enjoy his insight. Keep on truckin'...
