Ok , I did scroll up, but still didn't see where you said you were going to make this....You said it would be a good thing to make for the holidays but I didnt see where you said you would actually make it...But then again...I am OLD....maybe my eyesight isn't as good as it should be...

She made it last week and said it is AWESOME. It tastes like the guts of pumpkin pie. I would think diabetics could definately eat this. It is low sugar, low fat. Much better than eating pumpkin pie.
