Finally, a surgery date.........
Thanks Michael!! I keep you in my prayers as well. There are so many people on here that I care about. I usually say a general prayer for all of you on ObesityHelp.com, unless there are those who need special prayers, or it is their special day (surgery day!!). So, just to let you and everyone else know too, you are always in my prayers, no matter where I am, or you all are!!!

I can't even get excited like I want to be yet. I wonder why that is? Am I in shock? lol I guess it's because of the long wait. I don't know. I'm sure it will kick in sooner or later..... LOL Then I will be spastic... ha ha I guess I'm greatful it falls during the winter months though. I can hibernate all winter and pop out in the spring and surprise everyone. I won't even have to buy clothes til then... ha ha I can just wear my pj's or my sweats until they fall off. But, gowns are usually one size fits all, right? ha ha I can go back to wearing my husband's t-shirts and panties to bed like I used to when I was small.
Some other things I can't wait to do are: Wear my wedding rings again!! Cross my legs!!! Exercise and beat my daughter at a game of basketball!! Ride on the back of my son's motorcycle!! The FIRST thing I want to do is go to the park and get on the swing, and go as high as I can go!!! I miss that!! I'm really a child inside an adults body. lol
Anyhow...... I'm a bit goofy at times too!! Thanks for the cheer!!

When it hits you it will be crazy. I had so many emotions going at once I didn't know what to do with myself. Don't worry about getting scared if you don't then I am gonna worry lol. I was terrified but my Dr. and nurse assured me plus everyone on here helped as well.
As for wearing wedding rings again I was sooo happy to wear mine again after like 2 months. They used to sut the circulation off my fingers it was crazy. Now they are getting loose lol. The day I fianlly was able to cross my legs again and not have to do the lean was awesome. I loved it I haven't done that in years as well. I can't wait until warm weather so I can run and play with my son and try the swings again without getting stuck or hurting my butt and hips cause I am a little too big lol. I recently got into a pair of pants I haven't been able to wear for about 2 years. You are gonna love it soo much. I can't wait until I am farther out so I can experience more I am not even 2 and a half months yet lol. Good luck and trust me it will hit you.
wooo hooo!!! Congrats!!!!!! thats the day before my sons birthday. I am thrilled to pieces for you. I hope everything goes well and you have a quick recovery! You have to update us as soon as you get home because you know we can be a little impatient on the board when someone isnt posting lol
