The heating pad has been my best friend this last week. I pulled a muscle at the "Y" while in the pool and I could hardly walk. I took a flexril and some gel caps, put the heating pad on and it's finally starting to subside some. My body hasn't moved in years and everytime I get to going, it does try and remind me of my lack of movement. I keep pushing on though. I'm glad that you're doing well. I was thinking about you the other day, because you're at the same stage as Mike with the surgery. He is doing fantastic with everything, I am so proud of him. He went back to work only 10days post-op, and so far, has handled it just fine. We are both doing fine Amy, thank you for asking. We are looking into buying us a couple of bicycles. We've found some great places we'd like to riding. I hope that I remember how to ride on of those things. Take care hon-- Dee
