I'm home but............

Im home for right now after 3 nights in the hospital,i have picc line for my feeding and i was able to get fluids in after that was put in,i am getting down so small,114lbs to be exact,and Dr. said i need to get this taken care of now,before it gets worse,he said my body is not absorbing nutrients,i just dont no anymore,i just want to feel good,so thanks to all that has been here for me........................vickie

Ok Vickie so did they do a scope? Are you getting stuff thru you picc line? I as well as the family are so worried about you. We just hope you can get better. If you need to talk e mail us and I will give you my phone number. you take care. Jane

Dr Steiner did my scope and all is well there, Dr thinks i have had to much intestines bypassed,he said im not getting in the nurtients i need,so i am on soft food again till next week,and they gave me this stuff to put in my fluids that help with the nutrients part,to help me gain a few lbs............but he said that there are a few that have this prob, that there body does not no when to stop losing,i am grateful for these docs and i will do as they say, i just take this one day at a time................thanks jane

Vickie I will say a prayer for you . The doc's at St Joe are some of the best I think. They will fix you, you will be ok. Hugs and prayers coming your way.

Vickie, I've not forgotten about you! Mike told me that you were in the hospital and we've been saying (and will keep saying) prayers for you.
