23 POUNDS GONE.....

I am so excited....Went for my first follow up appointment today....My weight on my pre op testing was 225....Today at Dr Toms office I was 203...so that is 23 pounds gone... At my last appointmet with Dr Tom I was 223....So thats 20 pounds by their records...But I am going with the 225 beginning weight...Either way...That is a GREAT LOSS.... I then went to work for a little bit to drop off paper work to go back to work on Mon. and everyone made me feel so good saying how good I looked and that they can really tell that I have lost weight.... I am on the top of the world right now.......Couldn't be happier.... Just wanted to share..... Amy

No Amy no date, i been trying to get on the ball but my PCP is very slow on his letter for me, so i guess for me it looks like its going to be a bit,i have been trying to work with my PCP since Sep in getting one he knows i need this he is even for it but i dont know what to do? Long story but soon i hope. Delilah
