Obesity Lawyer

Does anyone have any personal experiences with Gary V. the lawyer on the site? I filled out the form on this website, and did not get a reply. I called last week, and left a message under his name, and no reply. I called this Tuesday, and left a message with his secretary, and nothing. I am getting a bad feeling, but he clearly has the most experience. The clock is ticking, I have 115 days to appeal, or my decision is final. Thanks for your help! Tiffany

I contacted Gary and got a reply fairly quick and he seems like a very smart friendly person but I can't afford the fees.I wish I could get him to work on my case! Best wishes with your fight!

Please don't make any decisions based on fees. I don't wish to have anyone walk away because of that. Give me a call and we'll talk. I've been on trial and will be returning all calls by tommorrow. Thanks for the understanding. We pride ourselfs on our record and experience desipte what the doc thinks. ;)

Hey Gary, nice to see you here. I hope we will connect at an OH conference soon, I am now a consultant with Bariatric Advantage and will be attending many of the OH conferences beginning in 2007. I have called Gary on a couple of occasions to ask questions while working with Monica Ganz on a conference, he returned my calls and took his time answering my questions. Take care Brenda

Tiffany, Gary is legit. He is a great guy. His practice has gotten fairly busy since he has taken on more WLS cases but, he is GREAT about returning phone calls or answering emails. I am sure he is just busy right now. He and his office staff are awesome people to work with. Gary always guides his clients down the right path giving advise whole heartedly. He is a WLS patient himself and knows what we go through. He will get the job done in a timely and fashionable manner. Slightly off topic, forgive me. Gary was that a typing faux pax(sp)..... isn't the attorny "in trial" or "in a trial" not "on trial" not trying to nitpick but written in that context.... makes one wonder. I think both Gary and Walter are doing a commendabl job. Shoot depending on how things go at the beginning of next year, I might have to use their services.
