linda, if they still sell that 'muscle power" i think is the name or something close to it, you can do much better onlibne. They had me on that stuff pre-op and I loved it but it was fifty dollars a month. Post op, I vomited everytime I tried to drink it so i tried many others that people on here suggested. I ended up with the ELITE by Dymatize about two and a half years ago and still try to drink two shakes a day. i get run down if I don't. i buy it in five pound tubs at www.muscleshoppe.com for about what a two pound tub costs elsewhere. I get two five pound tubs for less than fifty dollars. I never have to use a blender, I use a shakey cup That is important to me. Not having to use a blender. It is smooth with no aftertaste. I usually order the Rich chocolate or Gourmet Vanilla as you can add anything you want to those flavors. you can even make hot chocolate. They also sell samples. Go there and take a look around. You don't have to use a credit card to order either. No, I don't work for them but being an almost four year post op, believe me, I have tried them all.

Hi Dee..im teeling you this from my experience, take the unjury and mix it with cold water about a half of cup then stir it up and then and ho****er and then i nuk mine........it does not clup that way...plus any protein powder you mix with ho****er it all clumps........so mix it up like this ok ................and i think you might like lol........i buy the gold standard whey from gnc at 20 bucks for 30 servings and it is really good.......Dr.Neighbert office told me any whey isolate is great ok....................vickie r.
