Looking for Rufund of Program Fees from Dr. Bolar

I had all my test from Good Samaritan and Paid my Program Fees of $300.00 Dollars 1 week later they told me Dr. Bolar was leaving and know I can,nt my money back I need this money to pay Saint Josepth East because I am scehuled for surgery on September 12th. I think they or someone knew tis when they took my money I have requested a refund but have not receives it yet I think it is wrong to do this and fully intend to do some thing about it.

Wow, that is so wrong. I wish u the best getting your money back cause this ain't right. I've been reading post for a while about Dr Bolar leaving & they must have known when u made your appt. If u lived closer to Louisville I'd recommend Dr Shina. They have no program fees. He's also one of the best. Good luck Angela

well i would like to have my money back also..........i payed 350$ thats counting the nut........now i payed Dr.Neighbert his 250$ had to put it on my credit card because i am broke.............but i had to have emergency surgery with Neighbert so i had no choice........my life is more important........Dr.Bolor gave me the option of seeing him in Tenn.......but who has gas for Tenn trips lol..............you do what ya have to.........good luck with upcoming big day............vickie r.
