out of hospital.........

im home... and feel horriable.. im very emotional, dont no whyi feel like i made a big mistake. what to do?

Lisa, the first few weeks are difficult and a big adjustment..I think a lot of us asked the same question, but I promise it does get easier..you will do great..hang in there!

HI Lisa, The first few days can be pretty rough. It will get better! Be sure to get all your protein in and liquids, that will really help! Just relax, and recover, walk as much as you can, and sip sip sip!

Hi Lisa, I"m glad to hear your home. You've been through a big procedure. You may feel emotional for a good couple days. Just take the time to get well. Dream about your new life. New body, less pain, less medical problems. You will do well. Keep posting and letting people know how you are. Venting when you need to. Take care.
