Need Plastic Surgeon in Louisville

Hi! I am from Evansville, IN and I am on the search for a plastic surgeon. There is only one here in E'ville that accepts my insurance. However, he refuses to combine any surgeries. That means I would have to have 5 total surgeries! I already have insurance approval for a breast lift, butt lift, abdomninoplasty, and an arm lift. I am having my panniculectomy with hernia repair with Dr Durham Smith on Sept 8. He was recommended by my gastric bypass surgeon Mark Shina and has done wls patients before.
