Did you hear the screaming???
No, I go to the doctor's office on Friday, so I'm hoping they'll be able to help me then. I can't even bend over, which doesn't work well when you've got two kids 3 and under.
Taryn said to use a heating pad, and that does help a bit, but not long term.
Other than that, just hanging in there. Today, specifically, has been pretty off.

I totally know the feeling. Sometimes the heating pad works and other times it doesnt. I have 4 kids ages 7 and under.... so im with ya on that. Friday is only a couple days away. atleast its not a week or more yanno. Anyway I hope you get to feeling better and let me know how your appt on fri goes.
Hey Sarah V Just read your post. Hope that pain quiets down. The heat did help me to. My dear husband made a bar that hung over the couch so I could pull myself up and lower myself down. That was the worst for me. I know those little ones don't understand but by them being around it keeps you moving which really is a good thing. Hang in there.
