Tattoos & Belly Button Rings!

I'd been planning on getting a phoenix tattoo to represent my weight loss journey after my tt. I had thought about putting it on my back, the back of my shoulder or my arm, but lately I've been thinking of placing it on my stomach, like to the left of my belly button and kind of low. I was thinking it might look neat if the tail feathers curled under my belly button. What do ya'll think of that idea? I know I am getting one and I am loving the idea of it on my belly. Also, I've never even considered this before now, but now that I know my tt is approved and I will be having a normal belly button instead of one under folds of fat, I am thinking of a belly button ring. Do they hurt horribly when u get them done??? Hugs and afternoon ya'll. Ange

LOL As the queen of tattoos lol ... I think its a great idea!!! However I have 9 tattoos and all are visible if I want them to be. I would definately put the tat somewhere where I could show it off if i wanted or keep it covered if i didnt want anyone to know. I do plan on getting a couple more (yes Jane if you are reading this... I am getting more lol and I am taking you with me haha) I am also a fan of piercings. I had 3 facial piercings but i took them out for my job. If you were to see me in jeans or whatever lol you would never know that im a freak at heart. I Have heard that belly button piercings get infected alot. My only advice with that is get some liquid bactine and clean it as much as possible. Also if you want to see my tattoos I believe I have a picture of all of them on my profile somewhere.

I keep thinking about a tattoo but I am such a chicken!!!! who knows I might get my nerve up if I get my tt approved..got a letter today for the insurance saying they need pictures of front and side views..I went to Dr. Martin Know full well he submitted those pictures..ack insurance!!!

The one on my arm didn't hurt bad at all. But the one on my chest was painful. I had to do alot of gritting my teeth, but it wasn't nothing that would keep me from getting my phoenix...Insurance co's are a huge pain! I've been waiting 2 days for mine to call me back about faxing my approval letter to my ps so I don't have to wait until they mail it, at this rate I'll get it in the mail before I hear from them! Oh well. Do u have documentation from your dr's about rashes or hernias? That helped me, well it got me approved. Hugs Angela

lol sounds like a good plan! I know I'll be getting something on the inside of my left leg but I feel compelled to do my phoenix first, it represents my transformation, at least it does to me. Hugs Ange

Hi Angela i wanna belly button ring!!!! but im scared that it will hurt....i have two tattoos and i no that it didnt hurt that bad with them but a belly ring has tooooo, if ya get brave after you're tt let me no girl and we will get one lol..anyways ...im scared to get a tattoo on my belly because every surgery i have had they always have to cut right on my belly lol....and i just was thinkin that i would not wanna have my fav tattoo cut on.......im happy you got approved you have come a long way!! get whatever you want ,you deserve it!!!! vickie r.

When I heal I am going to get one for sure...I don't know how far apart we live, wouldn't it be cool to get them done together? Well, u could watch mine and if I scream in pain u could always change your mind about the belly button ring! Hugs Angela

Angela.....i am wanting one but i wanna a tt but every person i see says that i dont need one but i will get one then i will get the ring.........im not forsure where e town is but im 40 min from lexington..........you make sure you let me no if it does hurt!!!!!!!! vickie r.
