It's over !!!
Thank goodness the wedding is done and over, my baby girl got married yesterday. what a wonderful beautiful day.
She was married in a small chapel that was built in 1844, the groom was in full dress uniform as was each usher. The ushers were all family members..My brother, my son.(his wife was in the wedding)..and his uncle. his cousin was also suppose to be there but he was activated on Wednesday and not allowed to leave to come to the wedding, he will leave for Iraq this week..
I don't believe one thing went wrong. I will post some pictures on my profile when I have a chance to view them all..
Oh you will love this, at the end of the reception they came to our house and Noel jumped on her horse bareback,...in her wedding dress!! our driveway is really long and is tree lined so it has this tunnel effect. Rob walked the horse with Noel on his back down there long drive as the photographer snapped the pics..
That pic will be on the wall of the studio ....I was't here because I was at the reception hall taking care of getting things packed up. But was told it was awesome..
Well, my water for my SF hot choc.. is boiling...my son has to leave today as he and his wife have to work in the morning..so I am up early fixing breakfast.
my daughter and her husband (wow that will take some getting use to) are meeting me at church this morning...then they are taking off a couple of days, since he heads back to Iraq on the 26th..they arn't taking a honeymoon until he comes home for good.

it's going to take a few days Sarah, but I will try to relax...you should see my house, the girls got ready here yesterday..Noel's friend is a stylist so she came here to do makeup and hair..my house still smells like hairspray!
anyway, the girls clothes are all over the place, bags and suitcases..I have no idea who belongs to what, I am not touching a thing until this afternoon when they get here, ..otherwise I am sure we won't be able to find a thing..lol
but what fun...a limo picked up my daugther, the girls, me and my mom ...his parents paid for it..that was a fun ride as you can just imagine..they girls sang and laughed all the way but you could tell Noel was getting nervous..
she balled her little eyes out during the exchange of vows..the pastor had to stop and whisper to her to clothes her eyes and take a couple of deep breathes..well you can imagine, here is me and daddy crying along with her, not sure there was a dry eye in the house!!
lol I knew what ya meant. I cry at every wedding I go to doesnt matter if I know the people well or not lol When I got married we did it at my dads house, as soon as we (the girls) pulled into my dads driveway I couldnt stop crying...but then since I had redneck wedding of the century we ended up laughing through most of it.

we finally got the house in order..had company tonight, cooked out and let my little cousin sit on the horse as Mike lead him around..they ate some more wedding cake Noel dropped off before they left for a couple of days..
Well, I think I am going to rest awhile gotta get up super early in the AM to make up for blowing off work wed-friday..
hope you are all watching your water in take with this heat..that's very important.

Sarah...did you find out the time of the surgery??
My now "son in law" ack that will take time to get use to..will be leaving for Iraq that day..and I will probably be having gallbladder surgery very soon...I have the ultrasound tomorrow..see Dr. Tom on Thurs. it has calmed down a bit I think the liquid diet helped. But it still flares up with certain things I eat.
Anyway, Please send me the time of your surgery
