Chicometric DVD

Just wanted to say I am excited to be ordering my 2n 1 chicometric dvd tomorrow. I've never used a workout tape or dvd before and I've heard great things about this one. A friend of mine has it and loves it. Plus I read a post on here earlier and someone mentioned how great it is. I am still going to be using my gazelle and walking for my cardio everyday and the chicometrics 3 times a week. Any words of wisdom starting this? How fast do u normally see results? My legs and arms are my problem areas and I hope this helps tone them. I hope to have my tummy tuck done with in a month or 2, I should hear in 2 weeks when that will be.
