Girl, i got home and tried the punch isopure... it was almost enough to gag me... I will be taking that back tomorrow...anyway I just wanted to let ya know what I thought of it and I also wanted to tell you it was great seeing you again!!!

ack...I can't remember which one I tried but I didn't like it that well either..It had to be ice cold ...I held my nose and wolfed it down..LOL ya gotta suck it up some times. It is always good seeing you as well, I love attending when Dr. Sonnanstine is conducting the class, he is so laid back and easy going..I don't think people realize how open he is about answering any type of question. I have heard them all! take care and keep me updated on your search for better protein! Brenda

if I attempt to choke down that isopure lol its gonna have to be in slushie form... which I am currently working on (its in the freezer) U would think they would be able to make something that is so freakin expensive taste better lol go figure.

It was great meeting you as well. I have attended 1 post op meeting and I plan to attend more. I believe they are the last tuesday of the month. If I am wrong on this please someone correct me lol Your surgery is coming up soon....how are you doing, feeling and everything? Please let me know how everything goes... i'm always around.

you too Sarah, hey you didn't send me the time and date of your surgery....I will be there with Bells on.. Taryn called leaving me a message yesterday, Dr. Sonnnastine told her to set me up for the ultrasound.. If stones show up he will do it the beginning of the week I am sure..but as I said I have to make it through this wedding..I am staying on liquids so it's eased up a bit. see ya soon Brenda
