Plastic surgeons?

Has anyone in the Louisville area dealt with plastic surgeons, Dr Stpehanie Mosely or Dr. Martin Fox? Dr. Shina's office referred me to either one and I would like some outside input? Also I need a hernia repaired and Dr. Shina said he may use mesh. Has anyone had hernia repair with mesh and a tummy tuck or paniculectomy at the same time? I have been told that the mesh causes an increased risk of infection and that I should not have the panniculectomy or tummy tuck done at the same time as the hernia repair. I really don't want two different surgeries if I can avoid it. Any advice or experiences that can help? Also Has anyone had Dr. Shina, rather than a plastics doctor, do their tummy tuck which in acutality is a scar revision?

I am not sure if I can answer this I just am using Dr Durham Smith for my tummy tuck and I have a small belly button hernia he is going to repair as soon as we get the official approval for my tummy tuck. He's in with Dr Fox. Dr Shinas office recommended them to me as well.
