Need help please

Are there any Centers of Excellence in Ky that accepts Illinois Medicaid for the Lap Band procedure?Most places in Illinois have stopped accepting it.I am 1 clearance test away from being done with them and now I have to find another facility.Il.Medicaid will pay for me to go out of state if the Dr. will accept it.Any help would be greatly apreciated.
