Insurance question

I have Anthem PPO. Does anyone else have this? I just attended my seminar(dr geller @ norton suburban) earlier this evening and am getting started on the packet. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how difficult/likely it is to get approved. I'm in the very beginning stages and am still even looking at choosing between lapband and gastric bypass. I would appreciate any and all info. Thx in advance, Samantha
