SURGERY DATE

Just wanted to let everyone know I had pre op testing on Friday the 26 and am scheduled for surgery on Friday, June 9, 2006. I am very excited. The whole process has been so fast for me. I attended my first seminar on May 8th and am already scheduled for surgery. Where are some of the places you get protein powder? Any recommendations on Brands and flavors is appreciated. Angie

Congrats on your date and as for the protien powder I get mine at Walmart. Its called Body Fortress Chocolate Whey protein. I drink it hot like hot cocoa. U can drink it with milk, water whatever. I like it better hot. U can't heat the protien itself. I heat up a glass of water, in a bowl I mix my scoop of protein, 2-3 teas splenda, sometimes coffee and mix it all up with the ho****er. Its delicious...Its also $11.97 for a big tub of it. Hugs Angela
