repost..........dr help.............

Vickie R. Danville, KY RNY (10/24/2005) Posted at 9:59 AM EST on 05/17/2006 Which DR......... ok all my kentuckians, I am on a Doctor search.........My Dr is leaving as of June. Well i called a few. I called Georgetown Bariatrics and they said they would reveiw my case when i send them my medical records. Plus this is what gets me........they want 250$ up front for program fee. I payed this to my doc 7 mo ago now all over, i think the fee should be waved a little,but they say no. So then i called Dr. Neighbert office at St .Joe East. well all i can say they are great. I was told that i can come in and meet the docs and pick which one i like and we will go from there.......So if you are a patient of theres, which doc do you like. At this point i don't want to be picky cause i have no doc. I just want to be at piece that this is a great place........Thanks Vickie R.

Everybody is unique. It is my opinion that it would be best for you to schedule an appointment with several surgery weigh loss centers and make your own decision on which doctor you are most comforter able with.

now you know we all think we have the BEST doctor. I like them all and have worked with Dr. Nighbert for many years as a nurse when he was in general surgery. I like Dr. Greenlee as well. he is a great general surgeon but is the least experienced in gastric bypass. MY FAVORITE is my own Dr. Steiner. He has literally saved my life on more than one occasion. Whichever you pick you wil be in good hands.
