Hi Tonjia, I am 6 mo out......i started at 242lbs and now i am 152lbs so this is what i eat.....break- protein shake at 7am,then i might have 1 egg cheese omelat
lunch- chicken salad,cheese,tuna,or eggsalad,ham cheese roll up
snack-dannon lite fit yogurt
dinner- grilled chicken,baked beans,or fish,or grilled turkey burgers,any veggies i want.....
i usally have another protein shake before bed,i use gold standard whey from gnc,the chocolate flavor,i mix with carb countdown milk and warm it slighty. I have tried diff stuff like fried french fries,but they made me very sleepy after i ate them i had to lay down. I have not had any sugar stuff yet,if i crave sweets i eat sf pudding cheesecake or cool whip lite mixed with sf smuckers jelly. Well if ya have anymore? email me ok...................Vickie R.
I CAN NOT KEEP PROTEIN SHAKES DOWN, SO WHAT CAN I TAKE? AND HOW MUCH OF FOOD SHE I TAKE. RIGHT NOW I TAKE 1/4 CUP. BUT NEXT WEEK HE IS MOVING ME TO A REGULAR DIET, AND HE WANTS ME TO TAKE IT SLOW. EMAIL ME AT [email protected]
