yeah i went ahead and paid the $19, thought it might be worth it, but nobody joined and nobody signed up to come, so I'll try a couple more times I guess.

Mine went very well, took me FOREVER to start losing, I'm nearly 3 weeks out and finally able to see a difference, I don't have a scale, but when I have weighed it has moved some, but my clothes are getting looser by the day!

It was mentally hard as well, I still WANT food, still struggle with trying NOT to put things in my mouth, and I'm REALLLY SICK of soft foods, I dont know what I want, but something different!  And I dont care if I ever see any SOUP again! yet after surgery that is all I wanted I couldnt' WAIT to try tsome soup!

Well for me I did a lot of research & read everything I could, but it all came down to this, I have knees that have to be replaced & I decided on the Lap RNY because I can get the weight off faster, which means I can get my knees done sooner.
