Topic: RE: MEDICAID AND MEDICARE SURGEONS LIST!
My surgeon was Dr. Hornbostel from Sedalia, Missouri. His phone number is 660-827-0423. They do require you go for a meeting and then fill the paperwork at and fax or send it back with you're medicare info. I will have to say it was a breeze. They take care of all the legwork from there.  You can even check him out online if you want too.  The hospital is Bothwell. I would call and see if they have a cancellation to get in early. Hope this helps!

Mary,
I was looking forward to my first meeting, but I am due in Denver for my first fill on 2/13.  I will be staying there over  the weekend with family.  But, keep me posted and I'll try again in March.

I am going to try to go.  I will see if my friend will bring me.  My truck is on the fritz and I don't trust it to drive that far.

I saw that on the sign today.  My daughter and I are going to hit the one in Andover tomorrow.  Hopefully, they will have some nice stuff.
