I have BCBS and was aproved, HOWEVER, my employer does NOT have an exclusion! It is YOUR EMPLOYERS plan that drives approval, not just BCBS.... BCBS will have specifications to meet (BMI, Co-Morbitities) and the like, but if your employer has opted IN for the coverage, they will approve. I hope this helps.

HELLO.... most surgeons or centers have a Support group for their patients. I am in KC, and my Doc. Stephen Malley sponsors the Malley Bandwagon, and it is open to all bandsters (pre, post, and research bound) Good Luck
