ObesityHelp event in Kentucky

Hello everyone!! I have things ready to roll in Kentucky, if you have not registered for the conference please do so soon. I am taking registrations now for a discounted price of $75.00, but you must go through me! This event is going to be fantastic, Thurs evening will be dedicated to pre-ops and folks just looking for more information..this part of the event is free and sponsored by Georgetown Community Hosp as well as Synovis Surgical. Friday morning will kick off the events: classes will be offered for CME's (we are waiting for approval) if your family physician is interested in attending for credit and a little time at Keeneland Racetrack after, have them contact me direct. We will also have tons of classes for patients from nutrition to skin care. from plastic surgery to how to maintain after WLS. friday night a costume party ...then Saturday classes begin again, later in the day we will have a fashion show ...featuring WLS patients. This event will take place in downtown Lexington, what a beautiful area to be in the fall. You may call the Radisson direct for room reservations, tell them you are with the ObesityHelp event. contact me for conference registration. I will give special discount rate to military (military ID must be shown at the door) and discounts for 10 or more..so if your support group wants to attend, give me a count and I will work with you.
