Any Experiences With Dr. Stephen Malley?

I have a early morning appointment with Dr. Malley. Although I have done as much research as possible, I would like to get some of the more personally information from people who have used him. About: Dr. Malley? His staff? His bedside manner? Answering questions in person and call backs? This is my second post. I am not sure why the first post did not show up.
