Minimally Invasive Surgery Hospital In Lenexa?

Has anyone used this facility and your thoughts would be appreciated on this Hospital and doctors Minimally Invasive Surgery Hospital

I went to one of their seminars but decided to go to a doc that operated out of a hospital. My doc was $1000 cheaper, and since I was a self pay that made a difference. I hated to think that I was paying for the georgous new building w/all the marble.

Hi Joy, I think this hospital and Dr. Kaniewski is amazing! I am scheduled for 4/24/06 - I will update you after my surgery. From what I understand, the support and follow up is excellent here. This is the 3rd facility I "interviewed" - and the only one that got my approval. My 1st was KU, 2nd was MWIBS - which was a joke - they took my consultation money and never scheduled the surgery because they do not have a surgeon on staff (I found this out 2 months after I went there). So, in my opinion, MISH - Lenexa is a very professional facility (and the price was the best out of the 3 also - I am self pay). Good Luck, Lisa
