HELP ! Help ! Help !

Can anyone in Kansas help me with info on how to get help to get a DS from the Voch Rehab. I desperately need help. I am so depressed and totally at my wits end. I tried to start a diet and going to work out. I have been flat on my back for five days with a pinched sciatic nerve. I have really really been so drained. I in the past even had my jaw wired shut! I am at 12 medications, heart, kidney, liver, arthritis, nerve damage, frequent falls, type 2 diabetes, my optic nerves have been damaged by the diabetes, asthma.high bp, high cholesterol, low self esteem, deression. Please HELP ME!!!! I am so totally tired of all this. I just can not go on this way. Can not walk, sit, stand more than 5 mins. Please help me!!!!! Anyone in Kansas that has gotten help or knows how please help me. Victoria

Victoria, I am sorry, I cannot offer any suggestions, other that keep trying. I had RNY 15 months ago in junction City with the LivLite group. I have lost a little over 150 pounds and have about 100 more to go. I have never been more thankful for this surgury. Don't give up. You might call LivLite. The ladies there really helped get my surgury approved from my insurance. The surgeons there are wonderful. Best of Luck
