HELP FINDING REVISION DOC! :type:

I had VBG in 2001 in St. Louis Missouri. I was able to lose approximently 120lbs. I have since regained 60lbs. I exercise frequently but am unable to eat "healthy" foods like chicken, salad etc...I am reduced to carbs like potatos because that is all i can keep down. I struggle with reflux and vomiting on a daily basis. My surgeon has since retired. I have not been able to find anyone in the kansas city area that will do a revision on another physicians surgery. I am willing to travel outside of my area to have this done. Any help would be great! Thanks

I highly recommend Drs. Stevens and Boleman in Junction City, Flint Hills Surgery in conjunction with LivLite. Dr Stevens is moving to Florida the first of August, But his father-in -law, Dr Bolleman is just as great. (and actually more experienced). It would be about a 2 hour drive for you, but for my experience, well worth it. Good luck

Hi Judy You could check with Dr.Steward At Tallgrall surgical in Topeka there # is 1-785-232.0444 They do have a monthly meeting the 2nd Saterday at St. Francis Hospital on the 2nd floor. Dr. Steward is a vert great surgent and is very compatable with his patients. Good Luck Bruce
