newly insured.. now what?!

i know i want gastric bypass. my mom had it about 3 years ago. i know all about it. i am ready. that being said, this is the first time in those 3 years that i've had insurance that would cover the gastric bypass. we just moved to this state a few years ago so i don't have a physician that i use (no insurance before) so what do i do now? i know i need to find a dr to check me over and get me started on the path to gastric bypass. i'm in wichita. any suggestions? i'm so lost LOL

I had mine done in Junction City, and love the service I received both from the LivLite staff, the surgeons and the hospital in general, but that is more of a drive for you than for me I think.
