Attorney to fight cigna (local)

Hi I live in the Topeka area. I'm looking for help fighting my insurance company. Cigna has come up with lists of things that I need to do before they will even think about OKing surgery. Every few days I get a letter with more things added to the list. Our insurance is thru Payless shoesource and the teamsters. Any help would be appreciated, Bambi
