Different kinds of surgery....

I have been researching WLS for over a year now. I notice that there are many different kinds of surgery available. How do you know what procedure is best for you? Right now I am considering the Mini. Does anyone have any advice on how to make this decision? What are the major differences between the Mini and RNY? Thanks, Julie

Your best bet would be to attend an informational seminar with the surgeon of your choice. They can better describe your options. Surf around this site. There is tons of informaion out there. Look at the list of surgeons from your area and it should also list there when they have seminars. Or just make an appointment for a consultation. Best wishes.
