PHP Insurance??

I'm wondering does anyone have any experience with PHP. I have my consulation with my surgeon on the 14th of April. Just hoping to get the ball rolling as quick as possible. Thanks Amanda

Yes, I had PHP thorugh Central Benifits. It took along time and jumping through alot of hoops, but I was approved. Have had some difficulties getting them to pay all my claims, but that is partially because we changed ins. companies shortly after my surgery. I haven't added up what my costs were, but I would estimate a couple of thousand. Who is your surgeon? Dr Stevens in Junction City did mine (LivLite) I highly recommend them. They did ALL the insurance paperwork, and kept on them till they gave approval.

I am seeing Dr. Berstein on April 14 for my first visit. They say that they have had other people have the same insurance but I was wanting to get a little more information from other people. Thank you for your time. Amanda
