Hey can anyone tell me what kind of vitamins you used before and after surgery. My doctor wants me to start on the vitamins now before surgery. I was thinking that they had to be suger free but the paper I got from the dietitian dosen't say anything about them sugarfree. Brenda

I started out on Flinstones as that is what the dietician told me. yes, they have sugar, but is such a small amount. I have since switched to Adult Centrum Chewable. Found them at Target and at Walgreens. The taste is much better. I also take a chewable Calciun citrate sold by Shackley. They were the only Citrate I could find in chewable form. (there is calcium carbonate in chewable forms everywhere). None of the vitamins have made me dump. You will be fine with any of them. Good luck
