Lap Band Surgery

I'm been working with Dr Bernsteins office since July of 2004 on my surgery. They are talking to Voc Rehab and been playing phone tag. Does anyone know about Voc Rehab and if they do pay for these surgerys, I like to get mine done but I have not got the money the hospital wants down.
